We've had quite a few requests for a template with the XP look.
We couldn't copy the look onto a template for obvious reasons
but we've made something similar ... There is a blank image for the top to replace the temporary logo that is there now.. The links are just text hyperlinks inside a colored cell. You can add as many as you'd like...
