The Strategic Plan lays out the
Kings Row city’ mission which describes the purpose of the organization; the City’s vision which outlines what the City aspires to be; and the City’s values which detail the shared set of principles to which the City is committed. The plan describes the City’s approach to providing services that our customers most want at a price they are willing to pay. |

The Quality Assurance/Customer Feedback team implements and evaluates customer feedback in addition to conducting internal quality reviews related to 311 Service Requests. Feedback generated by the surveys is shared with all city departments and the Executive Team to be used to help improve the quality of life for residents, business stakeholders and visitors to the City |

Benchmarking/Citizen Survey handles the citywide effort to gather, analyze and report on service-related data in order to extract meaningful information about the quality of those services from both the business and customer perspectives.
The Performance Measurement function ensures the availability of high-quality data, from internal and external sources, to assist executives in addition to policy-makers concerned with organizational-level issues, strategic planning and goal-setting in addition to assist City departments with tactical and operational-level issues related to their major business functions.
