obvious health theme. There is a image named blank_02.gif in
the images directory that can replace the image to the top
left that says health in case you'd rather not use it as a
health theme.
The navigation is text hyperlink and are easy to add as many ass you need. You could also add buttons if you like. You'll just need to create them.
