This template has blank images across the top you can label and use for buttons. It is just one large image using the hotspot feature in FrontPage. You could also add links to the side.

The login feature doesn't work (obviously) but is an example of a layout if your site used a login...

Just replace the temporary logo at the top  with your own. There is also an image labeled blank_04.gif in the images directory to replace the temp Slogan picture..
