Contact our customer service team on 1300 788 422 with the proposed details of your charter requirements. For all standard charters, you will receive a quote over the phone and a written confirmation will be forwarded to you either by fax or email.

If you are requesting a charter that is a little out of the ordinary, we will still be able to provide a quote within 24 hours.

Set

To make your booking simply sign the quote and send it back to CharterBusDirect and our customer service team will then send you written confirmation of your booking.

48 hours before the charter, we will contact you again to check that your itinerary is still the same and to make any necessary adjustments to the booking based on the information you provide.

On the day of the charter, our driver and vehicle will arrive as scheduled. Our driver will introduce himself, confirm your itinerary, and provide you with a “Charter Pack” including his contact details and any other information that you may require for the trip.

Also included in the Pack is an evaluation form that will ask for your feedback on our service. Please take a moment to complete and return this form – we want to make sure that we continue to please our customers.
