Shipping policy
All your orders can be shipped to the address you mentioned while placing a successful order. Sometimes, you want to ship products to different locations, so add the address to place a successful order.
Elsner will ship your order within 5 to 7 business days after placing an order at the store. There are chances that the delivery will be delayed due to festivals, sales, or other mitigating circumstances. Orders will be processed on weekdays even if placed on weekends.
In some unavoidable circumstances, if the order is not serviceable as the area is not covered or due to delivery partners, we might request you to provide an alternate address, which will be deliverable by our store. Still, if there are disputes regarding the shipment of the products or services in such situations, you can reach [email protected] or #, and we will provide you instant solution.
We attempt to ship all the products in a single order together, but that may not be possible due to the availability or characteristics of the product. All the orders will be shipped with an invoice from Elsner, and if you do not receive it feel free to reach customer support.
A shipping confirmation with the tracking ID will be shared with you after the product has been dispatched. Customers can use this ID to track the order and know the approximate delivery time and current status.
If you feel the order's packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept package delivery and contact our customer support at [email protected]. Elsner will provide you with the best solution or initiate a refund immediately.
